Placing an Order: Orders are placed online by completing the form on the site. The user is responsible for the accuracy of provided data.
Payment Methods: We accept online card payments (via a secure processor, e.g., Stripe) or bank transfer, with details provided after order confirmation.
Order Confirmation: Users will receive an email confirming the order details. The order becomes binding only after acceptance by Azelya Design SRL.
Prices: All prices are in RON and include VAT. Any additional costs (e.g., digital delivery) are specified before finalization.
Delivery Time: Digital services (e.g., graphic files) are delivered via email or download within 3-10 working days, depending on complexity and order confirmation.
Delivery Format: Files are provided in standard formats (e.g., PDF, PNG, JPEG) as agreed.
Reception: Users must check received files within 48 hours and report any issues.
Right of Withdrawal: Per OUG 34/2014, users can return unused digital services within 14 days of confirmation, if delivery has not started.
Return Conditions: Returns apply only if the service has not been downloaded or used. Associated costs are borne by the user.
Return Procedure: Notify us via email at [email protected] within 14 days. Refunds are processed within 14 days of acceptance.
Exceptions: Customized or downloaded services are not eligible for return.
All services benefit from the legal conformity warranty per Law 449/2003. In case of errors attributable to Azelya Design SRL, free corrections are provided.
The warranty does not cover subsequent requested changes or misuse.
Azelya Design SRL complies with GDPR regarding data protection. Provided data is used solely for request processing and communications, with your explicit consent.
